Islay is the southernmost of the Inner Hebrides islands, off the west coast of Scotland. Along with the neighbouring island of Jura, it’s best known for its whisky. We have another secret treasure here on Islay and its our Islay Tea, foraged and packed on Islay gives it the same unique taste of the Hebrides.
Our Story
In the spring summer of 2023 whilst out walk with my two boys, one got stung by a nettle and said ‘what is the point of nettles’ we laughed at his face of rage of getting stung, we mentioned the good elements of Nettle and Tea came up, he suggested to make tea and that’s where our story started from and for that whole summer we picked nettle and mint all over the island (but mainly papas farm)
