NETTLE MOJITOS
INGREDIANTS
2xIslay Nettle Tea bags (4g)
1/2 Cup Boiling Water
1 Lime
1/2 teaspoon Honey
Crushed Ice
Fresh Mint
Sparkling Water
(serves 2)
Steep Tea for ten minutes in boiling water
Add honey also to desolve
Add Hand full of mint and Squeeze the lime leave for 5 minutes
Add crushed ice and Sparkling water
Any Islay Whisky in your cupboards Add 30ml Stir and Serve
